Wild Blueberry Butterscotch Delight
Wild Blueberry Butterscotch Delight combines blueberries butterscotch and pecans to provide you with a fantastic tasting dessert.
- 2 cups of wild blueberries
- ½ bag of butterscotch chips 5.5 oz bag
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egga
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- ¾ cup of butter
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 F or 176 C
Prepare a 9” by 13” dish with cooking spray
In a large bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy and gradually add sugar. Continue to cream together.
Add eggs while blending. Add salt, baking soda and flour and mix well. Fold in blueberries.
Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F or 176 C
Let cool in pan and cut into squares.
