Ingredients
- 2 cups of wild blueberries
- ½ bag of butterscotch chips 5.5 oz bag
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 egga
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of baking soda
- ¾ cup of butter
- 2 tbsp of brown sugar
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F or 176 C
- Prepare a 9” by 13” dish with cooking spray
- In a large bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy and gradually add sugar. Continue to cream together.
- Add eggs while blending. Add salt, baking soda and flour and mix well. Fold in blueberries.
- Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F or 176 C
- Let cool in pan and cut into squares.
