Wild Blueberry Butterscotch Delight

Wild Blueberry Butterscotch Delight combines blueberries butterscotch and pecans to provide you with a fantastic tasting dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of wild blueberries
  • ½ bag of butterscotch chips 5.5 oz bag
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 egga
  • ½ tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • ¾ cup of butter
  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar
  • ½ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F or 176 C
  • Prepare a 9” by 13” dish with cooking spray
  • In a large bowl, cream butter until light and fluffy and gradually add sugar. Continue to cream together.
  • Add eggs while blending. Add salt, baking soda and flour and mix well. Fold in blueberries.
  • Pour mixture into pan and spread evenly. Sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar.
  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350 F or 176 C
  • Let cool in pan and cut into squares.
