Ingredients
- 1 pkg (2 layer) yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg (4 servings) lemon instant pudding mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
- sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F 175 C. Line muffin cups with paper liners.
- Using mixer, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in blueberries.
- Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle sugar on top.
- Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes.
