We have been asked many times to publish a cupcake recipe and so today we present Miss Pamela's Wild Blueberry Cupcakes. I am sure you will agree that Miss Pamela is a culinary genius.
Ingredients
1pkg(2 layer) yellow cake mix
1pkg(4 servings) lemon instant pudding mix
1/2cupoil
1cupsour cream
4eggs
2tspvanilla
1cupfresh or frozen wild blueberries
sugar for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F 175 C. Line muffin cups with paper liners.
Using mixer, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle sugar on top.
