Miss Pamela's Wild Blueberry Cupcakes

We have been asked many times to publish a cupcake recipe and so today we present Miss Pamela's Wild Blueberry Cupcakes. I am sure you will agree that Miss Pamela is a culinary genius.

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg (2 layer) yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg (4 servings) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen wild blueberries
  • sugar for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F 175 C. Line muffin cups with paper liners.
  • Using mixer, mix together cake mix, pudding mix, oil, sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Fold in blueberries.
  • Pour batter into prepared muffin cups. Sprinkle sugar on top.
  • Bake in preheated oven 20-25 minutes.
