
Ingredients
- 4 1/2 cups crushed wild blueberries
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 7 cups of white sugar
- 2 pouches of Certo Liquid Pectin
Instructions
- In a large saucepan stir together fruit, sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil hard for one minute.
- Remove from heat and stir in Pectin.
- Stir and skim for about 3-5 minutes to prevent floating fruit.
- Pour into sterilized jars and cover with lids and rings.
