  • 2 1/2 cups fresh or dry-pack frozen blueberries
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 bottle fruit pectin 3-ounce


  1. Wash blueberries. Measure 2 ½ cups into enamel or stainless steel pan. Crush blueberries in pan. Add sugar and fruit juices. Mix well. Bring to full rolling boil and boil
  2. hard for 1 minute, stirring constantly
  3. Remove from heat Stir in pectin.
  4. Seal in hot sterilized jars. Refrigerate.

Recipe Notes

Yields 3 to 4 (6-ounce) jars. Storage: 2 months.
