Graham Cracker Wild Blueberry Tarts

Graham Cracker Wild Blueberry Tarts are an easy to make dessert. The Graham cracker shells also serves as a dish.


  • 1 pint wild blueberries
  • 3/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 package Graham cracker readmy made tart shells
  • berries for garnish


  1. Combine 3/4 cup of blueberries and orange juice into a blender and puree
  2. Pour into small sauce pan with sugar and cornstarch. Cook until very thick and cool.
  3. Put 1/4 cup of blueberries into each tart. Completely cover with thickened cooled sauce.
  4. Put spoon of whipped topping on top of each tart. Put a few berries on top of each tart as a garnish.

Makes 6 tarts.
