Ingredients
½cupsugar
1tbspcornstarch
½tspground cinnamon
¼tspground nutmeg
½cuphot water
2cupsfresh or frozen wild blueberries
Instructions
In a small saucepan combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg; gradually stir in water. Cook stirring constantly over low heat until mixture thickens and comes to a boil.
Stir in blueberries; cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Simmer five minutes.
Serve warm over ice cream or cake. Refrigerate leftovers.
