Wild Blueberry Cinnamon Pancakes
Wild Blueberry Cinnamon Pancakes is a recipe for all you pancake lovers. This recipe is a truly easy one to make and ideal for brunches.

- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1½ cups buttermilk
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- 1¼ cup wild blueberries
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 1 pinch salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- vegetable oil
In a sizeable bowl, mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt and nutmeg.
Add eggs, buttermilk and melted butter. Stir until blended. Add blueberries.
Preheat the griddle over high heat and add a little oil. Pour batter on griddle.
Cook until underside is golden, then flip. Cook until golden.
