Wild Blueberry Spice Bread Pudding

Served either hot or cold, Wild Blueberry Spice Bread Pudding is both delicious and filling.

Ingredients

  • 3 c. soft white bread cubed (approximately 4 slices)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. blueberries
  • 1 1/2 c. warm water
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 c. butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions

  • Place bread and berries in a buttered 9-inch square pan.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Pour evenly over the bread, completely moistening the bread and berries.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 F or 175 C. Serve warm or chilled.
