Preheat oven to 350F or 176C
In a large bowl, mix together the flour and the salt.
With a pastry cutter, cut the shortening till the mixture resembles coarse crumbs
Add the water and mix the mixture forms a ball
Divide the dough into two portions and shape each into a ball
Place the dough onto a floured surface and roll from the center to the edges into a 12-inch circle.
Place about 2 cups of the blueberries onto each circle, leaving a 2-inch border.
Top with cinnamon, sugar and butter slices
Roll pastry like a jelly roll, tucking the edges and arranging on a cookie sheet.
Bake in oven for about 60 minutes.
