Wild Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

As we approach the Dog Days of August we have put together a few smoothie recipes to help you cool off. Today's recipe is Wild Blueberry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana chopped
  • 1 kiwi sliced
  • 3/4 cup wild blueberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 8 ounce container vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • Combine the banana, kiwi, blueberries, ice cubes, and vanilla yogurt in a blender; blend until smooth.
