Multi Berry Hot Soup.

Multi Berry Soup offer the heatlhy blend of three different berries. It is great alone or served over toast.


  • Two cups frozen wild blueberries
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp orange juice


  • Cook berries together until melted. Using liquid from berries, mix in corn starch until it forms a smooth paste.
  • Add this mixture into main saucepan and heat under medium heat until extire mixture thickens.
  • Serve hot alone or over toast.
