Today we add a southern touch to our recipe we replace the apple with peach in our Wild Blueberry Peach Crisp.
Ingredients
1cupflour
¾cupsugar
1tspbaking powder
½tspsalt
1egg
2cupswild blueberries
2tbspsugar
3cupspeeled and sliced peaches
½tspcinnamon
¼cupmelted butter
Instructions
Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Stir in unbeated egg. Mix with fork until crumbly.
Place blueberries and peaches in a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled topping. Drizzled melted butter over topping. Bake at 375 F 190 C for 35 to 40 minutes or until is well browned.
