Wild Blueberry Lemon Cloud Pie

Wild Blueberry Lemon Cloud Pie is an easy no-bake dessert that is sure to please the all the blueberry pie fans out there.

Ingredients

  • cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • 8 ounce container frozen light whipped topping thawed
  • 8 ounce carton of fat and sugar free lemon yogurt
  • 1 ½ cups blueberries
  • 9 inch Graham cracker crust

Instructions

  • Combine gelatin and 1 cup boiling water stirring 2 minutes or until gelatin dissolves Add ½ cup cold water Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites
  • Fold the yogurt and whipped topping Gently fold in blueberries pour into crust. Refrigerate until firm
