Multi Berry Hot Soup.
Multi Berry Soup offer the heatlhy blend of three different berries. It is great alone or served over toast.
- Two cups frozen wild blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp orange juice
Cook berries together until melted. Using liquid from berries, mix in corn starch until it forms a smooth paste.
Add this mixture into main saucepan and heat under medium heat until extire mixture thickens.
Serve hot alone or over toast.
