Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 2 cups wild blueberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Stir in unbeated egg. Mix with fork until crumbly.
- Place blueberries and peaches in a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled topping. Drizzled melted butter over topping. Bake at 375 F 190 C for 35 to 40 minutes or until is well browned.
