Wild Blueberry Peach Crisp

Today we add a southern touch to our recipe we replace the apple with peach in our Wild Blueberry Peach Crisp.


  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups wild blueberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup melted butter


  1. Combine flour, ¾ cup sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium sized bowl. Stir in unbeated egg. Mix with fork until crumbly.
  2. Place blueberries and peaches in a 2 quart buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with crumbled topping. Drizzled melted butter over topping. Bake at 375 F 190 C for 35 to 40 minutes or until is well browned.
