Fruited Ham and Blueberry Salad

Our fruited ham wild blueberry salad is a quick and easy to make salad that requires only five ingredients. The tangy blueberries will add zest to this dish.

Ingredients

Salad greens tom into bite-size pieces
3 C . diced cooked smoked or boiled ham
2 C . fresh orange sections
1 C . fresh or frozen blueberries
Honey-Yogurt Dressing

Instructions

Line a salad bowl with greens. Arrange ham, oranges, celery and
blueberries in a pattern on top of greens and chill. J
Just before serving toss with Honey-Yogurt Dressing: Combine 3 tablespoons of honey with 8-ounce carton of plain yogurt
