Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup wild blueberries
- 1/3 cup crisp crumbed macaroons
Instructions
- In a bowl combine cream, sugar, and vanilla. Whip until stiff, Fold in blueberries and 1/4 cup of the crumbs Pile mixture
- into demitasse cups and decorate with additional blueberries.
- Freeze until hard, then wrap and store until needed. Serve frozen in demitasse cups set on saucers.
Notes
if you do not have an Demitasse cups, use similar size cup instead. Yield 6 servings.
